Healthcare testimonial videos
Patients trust other patients. We film real people telling real stories about the care they received, for hospitals, clinics, private practices, senior living and healthcare nonprofits across the Southeast.

Stories told by the people who lived them.
Press play on any video. Each one is built from honest interviews and simple, warm visuals, so the message comes from the person on screen, not a script.

Why testimonials
The most believable video you can make.
Choosing a doctor, a surgeon, a therapist or a care community is personal. People want to hear from someone who has been there. A well-made patient testimonial answers the questions families are afraid to ask, and it does it in a voice they trust.
We use these videos on service-line pages, in Google and social ads, in waiting-room screens, at donor events and in recruiting, so one shoot keeps working for years.
How we work in healthcare
Careful with people. Careful with privacy.
Comfortable on camera
Most patients have never been interviewed. We keep the crew small, talk with them before we roll, and guide them so their story comes out naturally.
Privacy first
We work with your marketing and compliance teams on consent and releases, film around patient areas with care, and keep anything off camera that shouldn't be seen.
Built for every channel
A full story for your website, short cuts for social and ads, and vertical versions for Reels and Shorts, all from the same day of filming.
Healthcare video FAQ
Questions we hear from healthcare teams.
Who finds the patients?
Usually your team does, since you know who has a story to tell and who has agreed to share it. We can help you write the invitation and plan who to feature.
How do you handle consent and privacy?
Every person on camera signs a release before filming. We follow your organization's consent process, avoid capturing other patients or records, and review sensitive shots with you before anything is published.
Can you film inside a hospital or clinic?
Yes. We schedule around patient care, keep a small footprint, and work with your facilities and infection-control teams on where and when we can film.
How long does an interview take?
Most testimonial interviews take 30 to 45 minutes per person, plus time for a few supporting shots. A half day is usually enough for one or two stories.
Can providers and staff be featured too?
Absolutely. Pairing a patient's story with a short clip from their doctor or nurse is one of the most effective formats we make.
